Spring

We have been loving the nicer weather that we've had off and on for the past few weeks. The thing that I have loved most is seeing my flowers blooming in my yard. It makes my little heart happy to see things growing in our yard other than weeds. After living in our house for almost 4 1/2 years it is nice to have the grass that we planted last year and other things growing as well. I may not be the best at landscaping, but my goal this year is to keep my plants alive!



Natalie was just so cute the other week for church that she just needed to have her picture taken.

Happy Easter!

Natalie had a little Easter egg "hunt/crawl" at Grandma and Grandpa Lewis'.

Natalie just started crawling/inching her way around this last Thursday. (On the day that she turned 8 months old.) I guess that soon she will be moving a lot faster than an inchworm and we will have to get the house child proofed.

Cousin Time

Natalie sure is lucky to have one of her cousins live so close by (right next door for those of you who don't know). Maddie loves Natalie and Natalie loves Maddie! Maddie is so cute that whenever she sees Mike or I without Natalie she will ask where "Nat" is. Maddie is always giving Natalie kisses and sharing her toys as well. Hopefully they will continue to be close as they grow up. Here are a few pictures of them hanging out together last month.

Last month Natalie was able to hang out with her Lewis cousins at Simon's blessing. Poor Spencer was tired and having a rough day. And Simon was just chillin' and enjoying the attention.

And the diaper did what?!?...

Nothing...obviously!

I think it is a diaper malfunction.

P.S. Of course this had to happen on her laundry day...AFTER all her laundry was done!

P.P.S. If any of you have any great ideas of how to get a poopy onesie off without getting it everywhere, I'd love to hear it!

6 Month Check-Up

Natalie had her 6 month check-up today with her pediatrician. Which also meant more shots. She did well considering they were shots, but with the oral one she clamped her mouth down and wouldn't open up.

Natalie's current stats are:

Weight: 14.7 lbs (about 20th percentile)

Length: 26.2 inches (75th percentile)

Head Circumference: 17.1 inches (about 70th percentile)

Natalie's doctor said that she's lookin' good and a cute one. I definitely agree!
